We primarily serve the Kelowna, BC area and the broader Okanagan region, but we're open to discussing events in other locations too!
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
*Note that we're currently pursuing the festival circuit for the summer of 2024, so our availability will depend on our final schedule, which should be settled by early spring.

A clear area, preferably indoors or a sheltered outdoor space, is ideal. The size depends on the number of attendees and the type of service provided.

Once we finalize the details of your event, we'll send a booking confirmation and instructions for payment. We accept various payment methods for your convenience; cheque, cash, e transfer or (as a last resort) credit card.
Yes, we offer workshops in clowning, character development, ukulele, and improvisational skills, led by Charmaine Miron.
We have a pretty long list of balloons we can make, and some of them require more than one balloon, taking a little more time to complete. We try to limit the number of “multi-balloon” creations to keep wait times down. Most importantly, we strive to make the experience as fun as possible so that families walk away with more than a balloon, but (hopefully) a memorable experience!
Balloon twisting is faster than face painting; we can do 25-35 balloons an hour, and 12-15 faces.
We always recommend having a backup indoor location in case of inclement weather. Safety and comfort for all are our priorities.
